The kids have been spending more time than usual at home and fending for themselves lately - this pregnancy has been a little rough and lots of mornings/afternoons/evenings I just have to go back to bed. So when we had a (relatively) free Saturday morning and Peter was here to help me, I decided we should do something fun with them and get them out of the house. After a little whining from Spencer about the long drive, and Peter going to Target to get a new booster for Spencer because his was left at Marshall's preschool by mistake by the woman I carpool with, we were off. Despite the drama in getting there, the kids had a great time. They always do - they love it there. We spent about the whole time in the Explorations Gallery on the first floor. The kids especially love the water table.
Hannah also enjoyed the play-doh.
And Spencer liked building things with the PVC pipes.
And Marshall liked the train track. I just wish he would also like putting his shirts on with the pockets in the front.
Luckily, Hannah found a friendly squirrel to help her with a puzzle.
Thanks, Buffalo Museum of Science for helping keep my kids happy all morning. And thanks to M&T for helping discount our admission so it's only $25 a year for a family membership. Awesome deal!
