Going Bonkers

Marshall has had some issues using the potty for #2 lately. We set up a potty chart for him and we told him that if he went perfectly for a week, he could go to a bounce house. He accomplished his goal about a week before we left for Sedalia, so we let him decide if he wanted to wait and go to a bounce house in Rochester, or go to a fun place in Missouri called Going Bonkers, where he could go with his cousins. He decided on Going Bonkers, so we went there the day before Christmas. The kids had a fun time, but they get tired and hungry fast doing all of that climbing around. It was also hard to get a good picture of them, since I only had my small camera and they don't stand still for long.

Spencer high up in the climbing area. It's kind of like a huge McDonald's playland, with lots of mesh webbing to climb around on, and tunnels and bridges and slides. I went on it for a little bit and went down a slide. It's fun, but being pregnant and climbing around in there isn't quite as much fun. And it's mainly made for littler bodies, so my back starts to hurt after a little while of bending over.

Marshall's in there somewhere hamming it up for the camera.

Most of the place was too big for Hannah - she wasn't able to do much climbing around. There was a small play area for toddlers that she liked - there was a slide that she probably went down about 30 times. She also liked to play on these things, although Mommy's too cheap to actually put a quarter in there.
