Explore and More

There's a cute little museum in East Aurora, New York, called Explore and More. We have a membership there and the kids have really enjoyed it. It's not very big, but I think they make really good use of their space. Their emphasis, I would say, is on role-playing. So they have an elaborate farm/garden plot, a construction area, a kitchen, and several displays from different countries (Holland, Mexico, Vietnam, etc.). They also have an area with lots of golf ball games - that's Marshall's favorite.
Marshall has been a little sad since Spencer started school, and there were two whole weeks before he started preschool. So when he specifically asked one day to go to Explore and More, I decided we should do it.
Both Marshall and Hannah had a fun time.

Here they are playing with the balls.  You put them in the holes, then there are pulleys to pull them up to another hole in the top, where they go through and fall down. They both played here for a long time.

And here they are playing with the vehicles and an eaborate track that you can move around. Can you tell Hannah only has brothers? She really seems to like the cars, too.
