Casey the Cow
As part of Spencer's turn as star of the week, he got to take home Casey the Cow. The kids take turns bringing home Casey and writing in the journal about what Casey did with the family. We made an apple pie on Sunday night and Spencer (and Casey) helped to peel the apples.
