Easter

Look at this cutie! I wasn't able to get pictures of everyone, but wanted to at least get one.

I also wasn't on the ball enough to organize an Easter egg hunt this morning, but the Easter bunny brought chocolates for each of them that he asked me to hide after church.

The family from Rochester came over after church on Sunday to enjoy Easter dinner with us. We put together a small, last-minute Easter egg hunt for the kids. Each kid got to find 10 eggs. They had a fun time finding them and it brought back a lot of memories of doing that growing up. Although we usually used the eggs that we had dyed, instead of plastic eggs filled with candy. But that seems a lot more dangerous than this way.

Adam and Jane stayed over for a couple of nights after. I had thought that we would put the girls in the yellow room in the beds and set up sleeping bags for the boys in the pink room. But they all wanted to be together, so this is what Peter came up with:

It took a little while for them to fall asleep, and Marshall had to leave the room after a little while. But eventually they got to sleep and I think they had a fun time together. I hope that they have some good memories of doing fun things like this together.
